Fred,
Rob's wheels were 6 Bolt International rims. The hubs, & brakes bolt right on the W300 in the front & I believe he built an adapter similar to the one pictured at the link below for the rear.
It was a very slick set-up & I must admit, I've been looking for a derelict International 2T 4X4 ever since, with no luck I might add!
