These trucks are very neat and look great when all fixed up. I like the 39's and 40's because of the hood ornament. I dont like the 39 grill chrome though... I would say you would be best to take a day and strip it down and sell the parts. You know the windshield frame alone is worth $250 if it's not rotted out on the bottom. Keep what parts you can for a power wagon project, especially the speedo and windshield frame and cowl lights. Keep the doors if they are any good also. The cab will fit only on 2wd dodges and 1/2 ton WC's, not a Power Wagon.
