Same thing happened in Redondo Beach Ca. a few years ago. except the victim was a cat and it ran under the the jerks car in the garage of his TownHouse. He lost the High end BMW, his house which was not insured for arson on the part of the owner. And he got to serve time for Arson and animal cruelty charges. On top of that his wife left him and his neighbors sued him for the damage to their houses.I think this made one of the Urban legends shows. Gee, I wonder how he's doing now. RDT
