Can someone copy and e-mail me the pages from the service manual for the clutch on a '58 W200. my clutch just quit working the other day. i was suspicious as to the cause so i pulled the inspection cover and found water, antifreeze and grease and mixed together in there. aparently when i degreased the engine it ran into there, then rusted the disc right to the flywheel. why didn't they have a drain hole in the inspection cover?? i had been starting the truck but not driving it, so it took about a week to notice it. does the clutch on the original have a dual disc? or something? when the clutch is depressed to the floor it doesn't want to go down at first, then "breaks free" and goes down, but still will not let me put it in gear. it looks to me like the disc is separating from the pressure plate, but not the flywheel. any suggestions?? pictures would be helpful since there were a lot of farm fixes on this truck. i'm not even sure the clutch linkage is setup correctly, i doubt it though given what i've found so far, including the bed only being held on by one or two bolts! not even the support bars underneath the wood planks were bolted down! Thanks all Jason
