It might be tough to mate it with the stock tranny. But if I was going to put all new on, that would be the way I'd go. It fits and no one can complain about the motors performance. I estimate that a stroked 4.0L engine would put out around 220-240 hp and 270-280 ft/lbs torque. Torque should peak at 1600-1700 RPM. But the nice thing is the engine pulls good up to 5000 RPM, which would be a good fit for the 5.83's
