Tom, my '47 and '51 with original paint are green with black fenders and running boards. The inner front fender splash shields are all black, including the 1" that shows above the fender. The only truck I have with the original box ('47) has both sides of the rear fender wheel wells painted green.
I had all of the body parts from a '59 W300M. It was painted Nile Green (only year available). All of the body parts were painted this color including the front fender splash shields, door panels and kick panels.
