Boy with no pipe resistant figures that would be close to 350 psi presure at the bottom of the run! Hope they don't try to stop it once it gets going. The water hamer and presure would blow the pipe apart. Not sure what size pipe they are using but the bigger the less resistance to flow the more presure up to about 350+ psi on gravity alone when the pipe is full. Might help to let in a little at a time so it can't get to full flow presures. I am sure they have pumped a lot of things out but with a 800 ft drop things can get pretty wild!! Mark H.
