A guy at the 2003 Fairfield rally had a great setup on his truck. He had a electric motor with a gear reduction. Its torque was equal of higher than a standard PTO. He has a hemi engine with an automatic transmission which required and alternative setup for the winch. The winch was a mu2. I don't remember his name but the pictures are linked. I'm sure someone on the forum will come up with his name. Good luck
