BELL TELEPHONE BOX QUESTION??

I just unloaded , what I believe to be an old Bell Telephone Utility box. It came off the same FF Power Wagon truck that my Gin Pole setup was on. I saw a post from ERICB, of one on the last Forum . I am looking for Pictures of a any other similar models, the Years they were issued, issued hardware ......and any other related info. Any help would be great!
