John, Was the so called damaged vegetation on or off the trail? If it was off the trail that is one thing, but if it was on the trail, then that's a whole different thing. Is the Jarbige south road a R.S. 2477 rights of ways? If it is, then the Forest Service HAS NO AUTHORITY to close or otherwise control the access to it and as such may not have the authority to issue citations for alleged damages to the right of way. You can also expect the Forest Service boys to either drop in on you while making the trip to clean out their outhouse, or sometime after to check for more damage. Robert
