what i meant was the bearings have grease in them or "protective" grease to begin with, so it would make sense to pack them with grease before you put them in. even if the gear oil does lube them. sorry it was a 2 a.m. post, i guess i wasn't clear! oops thats what happens when you stay up too late. take care, Jason
