If this is on your w100 power giant the fronts spring don't use a bronze bushing in the rear of the front springs. Is the looseness at the spring eye or up by the frame where the cast block is at? The shackle has a reverse bolt/sleeve that screws onto the shackle and acts as a bushing in the spring eye. Email if you need a picture of it.
