You pump grease into the cavity through the zerk located on the upper steering knuckle bearing cap. Take out the "level" plug first before doing this. When grease starts to flow out of the level plug, you know the cavity is full enough. This is the way it was designed to be filled. These are level plugs, not filler plugs. This ensures the cavity is full but not so full as to be forcing grease into the wheel bearings through the spindle and into the axle housing.
