I'm thinking of selling my baby...but it won't be for a few weeks. Just wanted to see if anyone here may be interested.
1990 Dodge W250, with 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel. 727 auto trans (3spd), Np205 t-case, Dana 70 in back, 60 up front. Posi's front and back, towing, plow prep packages, coolers, locking hubs, block heater works great, 4X4 works great, dual exhaust (3.5" w/4.5" tips, flowmaster y-collecter, no muffler), stereo (4 6x9's, 2 10" subs, amp), matching cap w slider, Pillar mount gauges (pryo and trans temp), PW, PL, PS, PB, A/C works great, tilt, upgraded steering wheel, borgeson steering shaft, hitch, K&N air filter. New parts include: windshield, front axle seals, polished axles, cleaned tubes, ball joints, brakes, bearing, etc....New gear oil front and back w/Lucas. Wheel alignment, u-joints, motor and trans mounts, headlights also new. Newer parts include: alternator, trans fluid and gasket, screen, starter, etc. Probably missing a few. Truck is in great condition, and runs/drives awesome. Plenty of power, and great gas mileage (getting about 19 right now). Oil and fuel filter always changed, u-joints greasd regularly. @204K on the odometer. Body and frame in great shape. Only spot with minor rust is bottom of doors, however this is not by any means bad.
What the truck needs: Power window motor on the passenger side? (No longer works.) Will need tires sometime next year. Trans temp guage on the pillar does not register? Hasn't since I installed it, however I don't think I did anything wrong so maybe a faulty gauge? Drivers side head rest is missing (brace is there), and the headliner sags a little bit.
Overall the truck is in great shape. Small amount of light blue smoke on start-up for a short period, then nothing. Always starts without missing a beat. Uses no oil between changes (3K miles), sometimes less than a quart. Best mileage all highway was just over 21mpg, with mix usually around 18 or so. As stated before plenty of power, and overall a very sound truck.
