David, For good information on the R.S.2477 issue, go to www.rs2477roads.com/. Basically R.S.2477 Rights of Ways were routes that were "Granted" and as such, despite what the N.P.S., B.L.M., conservationist's, and the environmentalist's may think, THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY to close or otherwise control the access to these routes. A word or two of caution, there is a lot of misinformation out there about this. Most of it is from conservation and environmental groups who are trying hard to close off the publics right to these rights of ways. Robert
