Well, I received an email from Chris Johnson today,,good news indeed!! He and another member of the Shovel Brigade drove in as far as they could this past Saturday. They found a cleanout manhole in the rear of the outhouse! They unbolted it and checke the contents level...the tank is full to the brim! It should be an easy suck!! They also have a licensed general contractor and a local plumbing contractor (who will supply the honey wagon for us to haul the waste to!)
Anyway, he also noted that the USFS knew he was going in ther Saturday, and to his surprise..there was no welcoming committee!
We should have Kens truck ready in time, we have two more trucks that will be there, Digger's friend Stuart Waldemar, and his friend Mark from Albion Idaho will bring there M-37s This makes a total of 7 trucks, 4 with winches. Stay tuned for more updates...
