Here is a picture of it. Best I could get with my Camera. You can see where the outside frame ties into the Cross Member that goes over the inside frame splice. This truck if made this short would not have had the Inverted L Frame on the outside that is for the Beverage Trucks that are real long. So the outside frame just makes it stronger now then it needs to be. You can see the weld on the inside frame on the far side of the picture. It is not realy coverd with a fish plate because the outside frame goes from the front to the rear of the truck not just over the splice. So realy there is 2 frames in the middle instead of one. Should hold with no problems. I still need to finish mounting the Air Lines and wraping them again. When the Flat bed goes on, it will bolt to the top of this frame with 12 1/2" U-Bolts and also has a 6 inch tall by 1/4 inch thick Chanel Steel Sub Frame the full length of the bed. Mark H.
