Basically the weight is all up front in the radiator cowl. The rear part of the fenders seem to just come along for the ride. Just need to be careful not to bang and scratch the cab as you lift and move forward with it. My son and I take a front fender each at the balance point and lift and walk. It is a little more difficult to lift up and over a winch. That is where I would use an overhead hoist.
