newer power wagon tranny question

i own a '75 power wagon 4 wheel drive and the original married auto tranny finally gave up on me. i am able to get a '76 trailduster with a divorced tranny and case for reasonably cheap and was wondering if it is possible to take all the running gear out of the trailduster and put it in my power wagon and if so how easy is it? i have looked everywhere trying to find some kind of hints on this but cant find any info on these different set ups. i would appreciate any replys.
