Engine swap opinons. Do I leave the Cab on or

Well I am almost there.
Here is the given;
1)The engine and tranny are already mated and I dont really want to take them apart
2)I have only the cab on my frame.
3)I know it would be easier to install the engine and tranny with out the cab on.

Now here is the question, is it less work to;
A) Take the cab off
B) Split the engine and tranny and install by seperate side by each
C) Muscle the engine mated to the tranny around the cab and into place??

Any thoughts????? Or at least some interesting Drivel?
