Duallies on a Power Wagon

I saw a picture of a flat bed Power Wagon that had duallies on the rear. Now this may be a dumb question, but what do you have to do to put dullies on the back? I know that you can't just throw on two rear tires on each side because the lugs are unique to the single wheel application. So then what is the trick in doing it? I think that the duallies made the truck look extra heavy duty.
