Mark the dealer I bought the truck from did the framework. Each truck is different in the amount of work involved which they can qoute to you first. My father-in-law did this kind of work and they use a frame drill to drill the holes and frame bolts to put things back together. You do not want to cut and weld the frame, most if not all manufacturers will tell you not to weld frames and some stencil this warning on their frames. I'm sure you don't want to be pulling up a long tough grade and have your truck break in two, please get a qoute from a frame shop that does this kind of work, it's worth the price.
