Use a Hi-Lift jack with a short chain around the post and a block of wood under the foot of the jack to keep it from pushing into the ground.
Or get three poles, chain them together at the top to make a tripod and hang a snatch block from the chain and run the winch cable through. But it would take less time to use the Hi-Lift.
