Alan, I don't know about what will fit what. I have no experience with the "WDX". I believe they can be interchanged. But I do know about the difference in Gear ratio. I went out of my way to use a 1.5 to 1 T/C from a WC 63 in my M37. The three middle gears in the 2 to 1 case overlap, or are virtually the same. With a 1.5 to 1 case, there are 8 distinct gears. It may be a subtle difference to most, or inconsequential, but I wanted the option. When I pick a gear for a hill, I have more choices to get the right gear for the hill. Pretty esoteric, unless you are operating on the edge of the performance envelope.

20 yrs ago Jerry Lewis TP had 150, 1.5 to 1 cases newly rebuilt and in crates. I have lost track of them. Where did yours come from, it looks new in the crate, like mine did back then. I would like two more of them for my next two vehicles.

From what I can surmise, you are comparing two T/C's, both NP 200's, one a 1.5 to 1, and one a 1.96 to 1. These are the same yoke sizes, and torque ratings, and thus the same duty ratings.

These are my opinions, correct me if I'm wrong.
