I highly recommend Wedgecor (now known as Sunward) Steel buildings! I was a dealer for them 20 years ago, the quality is unparalleled and the cost is affordable!! They also provide all local building permits as well as structural engineering certificates to meet you local codes! I built a 32 x 60 all steel building at a cost of $22,000 (including site work and concrete by a local contractor!) The building is rated at a 95mph wind with 35lb / sq ft snow load.
I did build it myself rather than have someone else do it..I used my 52 B3PW w/ a 32 foot boom and two of us had it completed in less than 7 days actual work time!! Ask anyone who has seen it... Its a nice building, they are great to work with!!
