Buying advice sought

Hello all,
I am looking to purchase a M43 or WC54 soon, and would like to know what to watch out for (i.e. common trouble areas, etc). I intend to use this rig daily, or near daily. Any and all input is welcome, either here or by e-mail. THANKS!
