Paul it's a brand name for upholstry backer board. It's a very dense cardboard and what we used to make the headliner for the TW. I'll bring a sample to Vermont so you can see it, the box came out very nice in my opinion. I know someone was making them from sheet metal but this was very easy to make, all I needed was a utility knife, framing square or sraightedge, a drill and some poprivits to hold it together. How is Tam coming along on her "A"? See you both soon. Ron
