GIN POLES DONE !!!

I traded my old chevy 2 1/2 ton military truck for this flat fender back in 1983...I've wanted to put some "gin poles" on it from the first day....20 years later I finaly got it done !!! There's still a LOT of fine tuning to do, and you guy's on this forum who warned me about picking up too much weight and DESTROYING the front everything.....I can now see what you were talking about.
Check out the pictures, feedback from this group is always welcome and appreciated.
The only thing I'm having questions about is when I let the load DOWN, the winch makes some real strange noise's, but only on the way down, lifting it up is fine....??????
