Like Matt said, the wheel cylinders are identical. As well as the shoes, backing plates, drums, backing plates, hubs etc.

I've never done a side by side comparison but I've been told (or read somewhere) that the master cylinder is the same BUT the tops (lids) are different and that you can swap the tops (lids). The M37's MC top is fitted for a remote vent for fording.

I may have read it in Vaughn's PIF. I'll have to go check...
