Bruce Frick found!

I am in Maine, having trouble with a man named Bruce Frick. He refuses to return $1,800 that he owes me. His name has appeared on past forums, and I want to document other people's experience with him and get advice about how to get my money back.
I also want to make sure this is the same Bruce Frick. This one is age 40, although looks younger. Charming and fun-loving, he wears a pony-tail and has lived many years in California in the Marin County, just north of San Francisco. He was raised in a farm state. He is a skilled auto mechanic and carpenter.He talks a lot and tells amazing tall tales about is past life. And also amazing tales about why your money really belongs to him.
