Hey Mark,
You might try shopping that box around to your local truck dealers. I did that once trying to put a service body on one and I actually ended up with a trade for a newer truck. The dealer took my 94 with a reefer box and traded me a 96 cab and chassis with a Cat V8. All I had to do was hang my bed,compressor & welder and I was ready for work.
