The biggest issue in a lift is maintaining the steering geometry. It is critical. Yes there are other pinion angle and such problems but they are not a safety issue.

Even with a minor lift of a couple of inches bump steer becomes an issue. With 2+ inches of lift my carryall had a bad case of bump steer. You will need a different and longer pitman arm.

Do not rearch the original springs have a spring shop make a new set. Reason. My carryall WC53 had a 2+ inch lift when I bought it. The lift was via rearching the springs. When you rearch springs you shorten the distance between the bolt loops on the end of the springs. This forces the shackle to move from its vertial position to one where it points towards the spring. The more rearch the more the shackle points to the spring. On my Carryall the shackle was in direct line with the spring. So as the spring compressed the shackle could not swing to take up the movement. The result was that every bolt loop on the end of each spring was broken. If you are going to lift it do it right have new springs made.

You will also have to lengthen the flexible brake lines on both the front and rear axles.
