There is a small stamping change in the 61-66 TW/TP doors, the area on the inside where the window meets the main door has a sharp transition in the 58-60 doors, but has a gentle curve in the 61-66 doors. As I am sure you are aware this is a common place for cracks, and the fix was made with the 61 model year trucks.
Otherwise the doors are the same, so he should be able to use your 58-60 doors.
Maybe you can open up some space!
