Need Help Identifying a 318 Poly

I have a running truck here with what looks to be a 318 Poly. It was installed by a Dodge dealer in the 60's but it's way to dirty & tight to find any numbers on it. It looks identical to a 318 Poly, only it has 3 bolts holding the valve covers down as opossed to the normal 2 bolts. Anybody have an idea what this might be?
