My advice is to: 1) read the Diesel in Your Dodge article by Charlie located elsewhere on this site, 2) look around on my website to see how well a 4BT fits into a M37 and how well the truck performs, 3) look at Paul's instalation of a 4BT into his caryall since it is similar to what you are looking at, and 4) trade your 6BT engine in on a new ISB3.9 from your local Cummins dealer while keeping everything from the flywheel back from your current setup so that you can have a realtively easy swap while getting 145hp and 420lb-ft...
