I use spybot search and destoy to get rid of all the spyware stuff do a google search using those terms it's free to download cleans the computer up pretty good, make sure you do all the updates it also gets rid of all those unnecessary cookies you have collected slowing your puter down. I run it about once a week. also check for new updates before doing a search and destroy. I got the adaware as well but it is not as thorough.
