I take it that your truck either doesn't have a heater, or there is one but it's not hooked up. To hook up a heater unhook the line at the valve on the rear of the head and run it to one side of the heater. Depending on how long the line is coming from the water pump, you may have enough hose, or you may need a longer one. Then run another line from the heater to the valve at the rear of the head. Also insure that the valve is open so that coolant will circulate through the heater. Robert
