Property Tax is roughly two percent of value, per year, the average home here is $350,000 +/-, that is $7,000 a year, landscape districts, sanitation districts, road fees, high utility taxes and fees, vehicle tax on my Ram will be $1,800 per year next year, that is the ANNUAL fee! There was approx. $3,200 sales tax on it on top of that. County sales tax of 8.25%, state taxes, federal taxes, city taxes,...it is time to have another tea party! Recalling the Governor is just the first step.
