Manny,

Just to help me think about what you are doing... You are using a two pin 12volt flasher right?

Do all of your lights work correctly with the exception of the pilot light in the unit on the column other than the rapid flash? What happens is you remove the pilot light?

I tried to use a three pin flasher unit when I made the swap from 24v to 12v in my M37 with I put in the Cummins and I had some wierdness...

I also had some corrosion on the contacts inside my swith (military turn signal switch very similar to the one you are using) that I ended up taking apart and cleaning...).

Changing to a two pin flasher and cleaning the contacts in the switch solved my problems, but I don't think that they were exactly what you are experiencing...
