Man that place is great! I wish I could find something like that here in Kansas. Land is becoming prime time around my town. We have a 4 lane to the big city now so everyone who is making the good money in the city is commuting. We have a lot of places like yours being bought up and bulldozed down and then a $500000 house built on it.
Does the windmill still work? Maybe you can get Judd to climb it and oil the box up top!
With that big Morton you now have the headroom for an old Duece! Maybe a Dodge BigHorn too!
Good place in that lean too to store parts trucks and then parts in the barn!
Is the small house like building a wash house?
Looks like a chicken coop in the one picture? the long building? My buddy remodeled his chicken coop into a shop rec-room area!
