Check two places for leaks. If it has power brakes look to see if the vacuum boster is full of fluid. If it is replace both the booster and master cylinder. If it is not a bosted system chek under the drivers floor mat right below where the brake push rod goes through the firewall. I suspect that your master cylinder may be leaking out the back end.
