you might try a square sided "easy out"
get the correct size for the bolt/stud
need to center punch broken bolt in
the 'Center'
then drill very small pilot hole
then drill a little bigger hole
etc,etc, until you have the correct size
for the instructions that came with the easy out - take your time
this usually works
if not then you have to drill the stud and
re-tread the block
