Had to jump in here briefly. Recently there was some discussion reference Willy N's dealing with prospective (or not) buyers. Some said to get a deposit and other tips. I'd like to think that the way we do business up here in Alaska is the way it should be done. Greg said he wanted it, don't sell it to anyone else. No deposit was asked or offered, and that should speak for itself! It was a pleasure dealing with you and I'm glad to see you've made the "leap" and joined the club.
