well first of all the two woodwen blocks on front were nailed to the floor,
you should see the two nail holes on eather side of the bolt hole.
the front drivers side is the short solid
bolt, the other 3 are floaters to compensate
for frame twist and flex.
the two short springs go on back,
and the long spring goes on front.

the bolts should have holes driled through them for cotter pins to retain the nuts.

If you have 2, 1/4" between the cab bottom
and the mount on the front you should not have any trouble getting the nut on.
my wc-4 is a lot higher than you wc-12
and I didnt have any trouble.
make sure you use a washer on top so the
sheet metal doesnt get torn out.
