Troubleshooting coolant leak - Dodge not FF

If it wasn't enough that the summer heat in Georgia claimed the radiator in my wife's import last week ($350.00 to fix), now my 97 Dodge has developed a thirst for the green stuff (Prestone, that is).

Every couple of days I have to add a quart of coolant. I've looked everywhere for a leak but not a single drip, drop or dribble.
The kicker is that I'm only driving it about five miles a day. At the rate it is consuming coolant you would think that it would be showing up somewhere.

I have checked the oil and it isn't being contaminated. That leads me to believe that it is going out the tailpipe, which at the rate coolant is being consumed I would think I would see an lot of vapor being produced, but there isn't.

Anybody got suggestion of how to approach locating the leak? Would an emission's check be give an indication of coolant in the exhaust?

Thanks,
