I never really understand why people say they dont understand nascar. Its a sport. Its a very high tech auto racing sport. They go over 200mph on four 9" wide slicks. You dont see that in forumal 1 or other sports. Peope say they dont get it because they just turn go round in circles. Well i dont get golf. I don’t get tennis, I damn sure don’t get baseball. But I just don’t watch those sports. To tell the truth I haven’t watched NASCAR since Dale died.
I would think that someone from the northeast would at least be a little more understanding of NASCAR though. I mean ya’ll have the kennedy’s, a political dynasty that was founded on bootlegging, corruption and murder. WE in the south have NASCAR, a sport that was founded by moonshiners. What is so different?
