I think I would have to agree with this more then the others. Going by the old Chargers and my 2 70's trucks the drivers side always seems to take on more wear which is obvious because theres always a driver. Wet feet,door left open during bad weather as you shut a gate or close a garage. How about rolling a window down in bad weather to do something...I know the inside of my drivers door and been wet from rain more then once.


One other idea I have is looking at the new VPW catalog on the back they have a chassis/axle setup that appears to be on an assembly line and its at an angle?!?! I wonder if perhaps the angle and or direction of the painting process either put more or less paint on certain areas and this is why the one side has more rust and corrosion due to the angle?!

And lets face it paint technology and rust prevention has come a long way in the last 30-50 years!
