I just towed a '56 PW and I rented a 16' uhaul with one of their transports. I know the truck was over their limit, but it fit. I also towed a '42 Dodge 4x4. I think this truck was heavier than the PW. Just be sure to tell uhaul that it is a '64 pickup and you don't know any more details or they won't rent the trailer. The trailer has surge brakes and dual axles. The truck is a f-350 with large box. I towed my '56 over a mountain pass through a snow storm and had no problems. The fenders on the trailer have a sticker that reads "MAX SPEED 45MPH". I rairly went over that. It's a cheap $150 and wear and tear on their vehicle.
