GO WITH THE DISC conversion. I did my Command Car, cost me about $1300 for 4 wheels and I fabricated the parts. I think it can be done for about $500 per axle (front just bolts ona and should be done a minimum) I have no regrets other than my original Master is now leaking. I hope to use a Corvette '78 master with a rod to extend it under my generator. Uglytruckling was working on a Toyota power booster master last time I saw their site.
Check them out at www.uglytruckling.com I have an alternative set of parts numbers from various sources, but theirs is likely just as cheap if not cheaper.
I have a couple of hubs available if you wanted to convert them to disc without taking yours off.
