Your looking for a needle in a haystack. Problem is so are others here in this forum and elsewhere. They are considered rare and any collectors having an "extra" would not let it go cheap. VPW had a complete setup gov-pulley for something over 2k. The "find" would be to get the complete assembly on a virgin truck. My own informal guess along with research done by Fred Coldwell would speculate that only a few dozen of them have surfaced. Maybe an unknown collector out there is hoarding the rest?
